What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

• Account data: name, email address and password (stored as a hash).
• Device data: MAC address and device key, used to link and license your device.
• Technical data: IP address, device model and app version for security and support.
• Order data: plan, amount and payment reference for your order history.
• Playlist data: the M3U or Xtream URLs you add, synced to your own devices only.

What we don't collect

We do not track what you watch. We never see, store or log your provider credentials in your playlists beyond the playlist URL itself, and we do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

How we use data

Data is used to provide the service: authenticating your account, activating and verifying licences, syncing your playlists to your devices, processing payments and answering support requests. We do not share your data with third parties except payment processors and hosting providers, each bound by their own processing agreements.

Retention

Account, device and order data are kept while your account is active. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally obliged to keep (for example, financial records for tax purposes) and anonymised analytics.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data from your account settings, or by writing to [email protected]. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to data portability and to object to processing.

Cookies and storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for your theme preference. No third-party tracking or analytics cookies are set.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Significant changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date.
