Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a licence or activating a device with IBOB Player, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

IBOB Player is a media player application and portal. It plays content supplied by third-party IPTV providers through M3U or Xtream playlists. IBOB Player does not provide, host, distribute or license any television channels, films, series or other content.

You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction with respect to the content you choose to stream, and for any provider you subscribe to.

3. Accounts and licences

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. A licence applies to the specific device it was activated on and may be used on one device at a time unless otherwise stated on the plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to tamper with the service or its licensing, or misuse the platform.

4. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Existing paid licences are unaffected by price changes. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners; we never store your card details.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. In short: full refunds within 14 days of purchase for unused or single-device licences, and prorated refunds in limited circumstances after that.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content availability depends on your provider, which is outside our control. We may modify features, plans or this agreement at any time; material changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBOB Player is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the previous 12 months.
