7-day free trial

Every device starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can test IBOB Player with your own playlist on your own device before you buy. Please use the trial to check that the app works for you.

Purchases are non-refundable

Licence purchases are non-refundable once paid. IBOB Player does not own or sell content, so channel or provider access is not refundable through us either.

Exceptions

• A duplicate or accidental double charge for the same order.
• A payment that was taken but the licence was never delivered because of an error on our side.

How to contact us

If one of these exceptions applies, email [email protected] from the address linked to the order and include your order number (it looks like TB-YYMMDD-XXXXXXXX). Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method, and the affected device licence is revoked.
